Description of problem:
The warning about API v1 is deprecated is in a very small font and could be missed.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Foreman 1.14

Steps to Reproduce:
1. visit apidoc/v1.html
2. and apidoc/v2.html

Expected results:
Make the font larger. Try increasing the first part "Foreman API v1 is deprecated. Please use v2." much larger and then put the rest on the next line.
