I have uploaded dhcp_from_edge to pkelly github. This contains a fix for subnet management and dhcp library

Added support for Vendors, Servertypes, Subnets and Network databases.
A rake task is provided that will assign the user's hosts to their subnets
Added a notification mechanism
Added tests
Ensured that hostname and domain do not clash
Paul, as this is a big patch, is it possible to break it into two patches? one for subnets, and another for the notification mechanism?
