Description

Currently the global options need to be passed right after the command hammer.
Eg.

hammer -v architecture list

It should be also possible to call

hammer architecture list -v

and get the same result.

With growing number of global options there is high risk of name conflict with the options coming from API. Over the years the concept of separate global option seems to be well accepted by the users without demand for a change.
