Description

Reproduce:
1. Create two identical custom repositories in a product (i.e. zoo and zoo2 https://jlsherrill.fedorapeople.org/fake-repos/needed-errata/)
2. Sync both repositories
3. Try to get `hammer [content type] info` on content type with duplicate VSCAN (version, stream, context, arch, or name)

Actual:
VSCAN options are not all there

Expected:
All VSCAN options are available to properly resolve [content type] IDs.
