Description
recent version of puppet requires certificate names to be lowercase:
/usr/lib/ruby/site_ruby/1.8/puppet/defaults.rb:197:in `handle': Certificate names must be lower case; see #1168 (ArgumentError)
- Target version changed from 1.0 to 0.4.1
