Associate architecture to OS during fact import

Description
When trying to deploy a Host on Digital Ocean the Operating system pull down box stayed gray.
eLobato pointed me to the Host > Operating Sytems config for the default CentOS 6.6 entry which was missing an architecture.
After enabling x86_64 the option became available.
The default? CentOS 6.6 should probably have an architecture enabled.

The default OS is created during fact upload, probably from the Foreman server itself, and the arch also. They're both constructed in app/services/puppet_fact_parser.rb, so the operatingsystem method should probably set up os.architectures too.
