Feature #8125

As a user with multiple data centers, I need Katello to support MySQL backend so that I can use my fancy-schmancy replicated database universe for making sure Katello is happy when half the world blows up.

Description

It looks like right now, Katello is SQLite only, which is great for a vertical single-box deployment, but not so much when we have multiple datacenters and databases.
See, we've got a big ol' wad of MySQL boxes in house that spend all their time making sure data in the datacenter of one coast matches the data in the other.
It would be great if we could use that for making sure we have all the Katello things in all the places .... SQLite doesn't quite do that for us in a way that makes us happy. Especially when things take a huge nose dive in one location and the jetted tiles in the floor start emitting most malodorous smell of stuff hitting the fan.
