Currently, Katello requires Redis to be configured in Pulp. There was recently a change in Pulp that changed how the Redis connection was reported when not configured. More info: https://github.com/theforeman/foreman-installer/pull/794

That brought up some discussion about if Katello needs Redis as a hard requirement. Let's disable Redis and then run some tests (upgrade pipeline perhaps?). If all is well, we should be able to remove the Redis requirement from ping.rb.
