Reproduce:
Navigate to a random page (i.e. Content Views)
Clear your session cookie (in Chrome, you can do this by clicking the cert/secure button to the left of the address bar and then clicking "Cookies")
Click another link (i.e. Create New View)

Actual:
User is redirected to the login page
After authenticating, the user is redirected back to where they were (i.e. Create New [Content] View)

Expected:
User is redirected to the login page
After authenticating, the user is redirected to /hosts
