Restore of incremental backup runs installer reset

# grep incremental /tmp/backup/inc/3a/metadata.yml 
incremental: /tmp/backup/inc/2

# foreman-maintain restore  -y /tmp/backup/inc/3a/
...
Run installer reset: 
| Installer reset   
...

It skips reset only when it is explicitly stated as incremental backup

# foreman-maintain restore  -i -y /tmp/backup/inc/3a/
...
Run installer reset: 
- Skipping installer reset for incremental update                     [OK] 
...
