Package install isn't logged in Tasks

Description

When installing a package via 'Manage Packages' there is no task/audit entry of packages installed.

Steps:

From Hosts > Content Hosts:

1. Select host(s)
2. Click 'Select Action' > Manage Packages
3. Install anything (e.g. deltarpm)

The package installs successfully, and the only task that shows for this is 'Package Profile Update'

These tasks aren't logged when using the katello agent for package installs. Installing them via REX will show the tasks in dynflow
