Foreman Maintain

Currently when a scenario fails it prints out a suggestion to skip some steps:

Resolve the failed steps and rerun
the command. In case the failures are false positives,
use --whitelist="backup-online-candlepin-db" 

The --whitelist is a bit confusing here as it is usually used for explicit inclusion of the items.
Option named --skip would be more clear.

We should deprecate the current option name and support both for some time.
