Resource switcher shouldn't be shown on subscription manifest page

Description
We shouldn't be showing the resource switcher on the subscription manifest page. It should only be shown on "item" pages.
Steps to Reproduce
- Go to /subscriptions
- Click on manage manifest
- Note the presence of the resource switcher
- Bugzilla link set to 1525978
- Target version changed from 237 to 239
- translation missing: en.field_release set to 284
- Status changed from Assigned to New
- Target version changed from 239 to 243
- Target version changed from 243 to 248
- Target version changed from 248 to 250
- Target version changed from 250 to 253
- translation missing: en.field_release changed from 284 to 352
- Target version deleted (
253)
- Assignee deleted (
