Steps to reproduce:

1) go to Organizations -> new Organization
2) fill in the name and submit to get to 2nd step of wizard
3) select any item from menu (Hosts -> All hosts) and leave wizard
4) notice context is still 'Any Organization', it should be the newly created org
5) try to create a taxable entity (partition table), go to 'Organizations' tab in the form
6) notice the newly created org is pre-selected, although org switcher shows 'Any context'
