Feature #21262
closedset default concurrency level for remote execution jobs
Description
Cloned from https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1415419
Description of problem:
In jobs with a large number of hosts setting the concurrency option is very useful. It would be helpful to have a way to enable concurrency and set the concurrency level and time span by default for remote execution jobs.
