Description

The installer for katello broke for me on centos 7 7.4.1708 it seems certain packages like shim and some grub2-efi packages are no longer available or have been renamed.

Adding the old repo (7.3.1611) seemed to fix the problem. I think during the move from one to the other the vault archives weren't completed.
