Right now, this can happen:

-User attaches subscription to host
-Something goes wrong, but the error is handled by listen on cp events task, and only shows in the task details
-Subscription gets attached to host successfully despite error.
In this case, the user doesn't know anything went wrong, and won't know to look at the task

I'm thinking we do something more like this:
-User attaches subscription to host
-Something goes wrong, but the error is handled by listen on cp events task, and only shows in the task details
-A new notification is made notifying the user there is an error with the listen on cp events task.
-Subscription gets attached to host successfully despite error.
Here the user is aware of the error.
