User would like to download reports in html or pdf. Additionally, the file name for bzipped xml is not useful e.g. "37017_arf_report.bz2", user would expect the file name to reflect the (Content) Host the report was generated for, not the internal name of the report itself.

Expected outcome:
1. Include a "Download HTML report" button that generates an html file that includes the name of the system (eg, dbplrhsap06.us.dnb.com_37017_arf_report.html)
2. Optionally include the html or PDF report in an archive file (tgz, zip, whatever) using the system name (not the arf name) along with the XML arf file.
