Description of problem: In the Foreman web UI, the list of available XCCDF profiles is only available when creating a SCAP policy. Even at this point, the only details presented are the profiles' names. This makes it difficult for a Satellite user to identify the available profiles and so confirm if the one they want to apply is available. Desired outcome: Include basic details about profiles in the web UI.
