Cannot choose image after OS selection

Description

Currently, on the new host form when I select Digitalocean as my compute resource, then I select the Operating Systems tab, and choose an OS associated with an image, the JS doesn't kick in and the 'Image' field remains disabled. It should pull the list of images available for the selected OS instead. This blocks provisioning with DO now I think.
