Description

The license file contains several mistakes, here are a few I noticed:

The number of files listed with a different license is different then the number of copyright holders. Perhaps we should list them together to avoid this kind of mistakes.
The Overpass font is dual licensed as LGPL and OFL, not ASL, and the copyrights are held by Red Hat.
ACE editor is no longer vendored but rather bundled.
