fact parent help tip references full fact name

Description
Subscription manager facts use '.' as a separator. When writing a fact importer it is easy to override this but the UI provides no mechanism to support it.

Ignore primary comment, when viewing a fact with parents it is always showing "Show all grandparent.parent.child fact values" rather than "Show all grandparent fact values" and "Show all grandparent.parent" fact values
