Deface override breaks dropdown in hosts form

Description

When creating a new host, ajax call updating puppetclasses fails as a result of Deface override, which attaches data-url=/hostgroups/environment_selected to Puppet Environment dropdown. Instead of HostgroupsController, /hosts/hostgroup_or_environment_selected should be called.

Steps to reproduce:
1) go to Hosts > New Host
2) select arbitrary Lifecycle Environment
3) select arbitrary Puppet Environment
4) 500 as a result of failed call
