Description

When user wants to reboot many discovered hosts, he can't use Reboot All button since TFTP protocol cannot handle load well. For this, we need to implement time-based reboot. The Reboot API should have an optional parameter (seconds) defining how much time to wait until the node is rebooted. We need a logic for Reboot All to initiate reboots semi-sequencinally.
