Automatic subscription attachment from activation key attaches too many subscriptions

Description
Using Katello 2.2.2
We have 5 Red Hat Enterprise Linux contracts listed in SAM. I've imported all of them and added them to a few Activation Keys with automatic attach/assignment selected. When registering the host with the activation key it assigns 3/5 of the subscriptions to the host.
- Project changed from Foreman to Katello
- Category changed from 47 to Subscriptions
- Assignee set to Thomas McKay
- Triaged set to No
- translation missing: en.field_release set to 31
- Triaged changed from No to Yes
- translation missing: en.field_release changed from 31 to 70
- translation missing: en.field_release changed from 70 to 86
- translation missing: en.field_release changed from 86 to 143
- translation missing: en.field_release deleted (
143)
Do you still see this issue?
If so, can you provide what subscriptions you have and what behavior you expect to happen on auto attach.
