When you try to edit role you can see that there's just name of role displayed without label. The issue was introduced in #11466 - https://github.com/theforeman/foreman/pull/2633/files#diff-d07b3cdd6c00768e06bfed349d3c808fR212 we need to capture the output so it's rendered later when we use label layout helper.
