Description

These two fields are fairly new, and a popup with a short explanation of their use would be good. Some rough text would be a description of the 3 IPAM modes, and the purpose of the BootMode flag (mainly for use in configuring bootproto, and (for now) useless on Debian).

Note that tooltip was added for IPAM which was difficult to understand (see #9496). Boot mode seems more obvious to me.
