"The page you were looking for doesn't exist." for smart proxy 'Refresh Features' and Editing
Description
When clicking on Refresh Features or try to Edit a smart proxy in 1.7.0-develop I get a message that "The page you were looking for doesn't exist."
It looks like it's trying to send me to:
https://katello1.katello-nightly.satellite.lab.eng.rdu2.redhat.com/smart_proxies/1-katello1.katello-nightly.satellite.lab.eng.rdu2.redhat.com/edit instead of:
https://katello1.katello-nightly.satellite.lab.eng.rdu2.redhat.com/smart_proxies/1/edit and
and similar for refresh.
