Add custom inputs on host creation

Description
The needs: Be able to tag machine so ansible playbook can behave accordingly
What I tried:
- input in provisionning template (only fact and variable) but I don't see how fact can be populated and variable are already accessible so no result
- input in webhook with choice but I don't see where I can enter value so webhook crash (no value provided)
- input in job template (for the first run ansible playbook) -> I don't see any popup
I can help with implementation with guidance which file might be useful.

This is definitely not an easy task, but should be doable. We need to link template inputs to provisioning template and webhook templates and then build the UI for it.
