Description

The published at field on an ansible repo points to the /pulp/content/ url that has the tar file of the collection.
It would be useful to also display the galaxy endpoint (/pulp_ansible/galaxy/) in pulp for the repo for galaxy clients to consume.

For context, the galaxy endpoint of the repo we create via katello looks like this:

pulp_ansible/galaxy/Default_Organization/Library/custom/test_ansible/test_ansible/api/

and the content endpoint looks like:
/pulp/content/Default_Organization/Library/custom/test_ansible/test_ansible/
