Description

If you attempt to sync a repo with "source-url" set, the source URL is not used.

For example:

result: sync works

expected result: failed sync

It looks like the override URL is being sent correctly to Katello, but I am not sure if it's being sent to Pulp.

version: tfm-rubygem-katello-3.11.0-0.201812181435gitc4161d10.1.pre.master.el7.noarch
