katello-service status equivalent not showing summary

Description

Running latest forklift devel environment I noticed that katello-service status is redirecting to foreman-maintain now. The output, however, does not give any summary of the services checked and their statuses. In fact, the last line printed no matter the status of the services is "All services displayed [OK]". This is very misleading.

To reproduce, stop any service and run katello-service status.
