Foreman Maintain

I tried to configure reporting today with a puppetserver 5.5.3 and Foreman 1.17 and followed this guide:

I turned out the report handler was not loaded until I shipped it in a module under lib/puppet/reports/foreman.rb.

I also opened an issue at the puppet bug tracker too, cause the issue seems to be on the puppet side:
