Description

Cloned from https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1588571

Description of problem:
foreman-maintain was designed to avoid extra manual steps and make update/upgrade easier and more efficient. Since the yum update is done via foreman-maintain, it is expected to have a warning if a reboot is required.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
6.3

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have a Satellite 6.3 with an a newer kernel available for update
2. Proceed with the foreman-maintain command # foreman-maintain upgrade run --target-version 6.3.z

Actual results:
Foreman-maintain proceed with the yum update and other required steps, but does not mention if a reboot is mandatory after the update.

Expected results:
Since foreman-maintain was designed to improve the update experience and also according to this RFE:
[RFE] If the update process for Satellite 6 requires additional manual steps, the process should include a script to do it
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1184568

It is expected that the user receives all the required information/warning while running foreman-maintain to complete a successful update.
