Description

If location and organization need to be asked as a required field,
then we need to specify them separately like done in #21087(https://github.com/theforeman/foreman_discovery/pull/386/files).

Instead, we can create a new group like `def_param_group_required` with required flags set to true as sugested by lzap
here(https://github.com/theforeman/hammer-cli-foreman/pull/347#issuecomment-356260161)
