Description of problem:
Monitor > Task page show task still running after task is completed

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
6.3

How reproducible:
run any task an watch the task list 1 not show the new task or shows the task is running.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.run a task
2.watch the task until completion
3.watch the task list

Actual results:
state task is still running once the task is complete

Expected results:
to show task is complete
