Reboot All, Auto Provision All should be added to Select Action button

Three different buttons are shown, instead only one button is to be maintained.

I think the Select Action button is meant in Hosts and Discovered hosts for bulk actions in many hosts.
If you end up moving the Reboot and Autoprovision buttons there, please make sure they only Reboot/Autoprovision the selected hosts.
