Description

Hi all,

foreman-prepare-realm is not installed with the foreman-proxy package when installing on ubuntu 16.04, it has to be downloaded from https://raw.githubusercontent.com/theforeman/smart-proxy/develop/sbin/foreman-prepare-realm manually.
