Unable to disassociate tailoring file

Description
When I edit existing policy that has some tailoring file, I can't disable it. It tells me that I can't set the tailoring file to nil when I have profile selected (that get's hidden when I unselect tailoring file)
I think this is a blocker for tailoring files feature. Ondrej, could you please take a look?
