Description

Rather than using font-awesome icons we should be using the icons patternfly defines.

As part of this refactor we should also look at removing some icons that don't provide additional value. Here is an example:

Not every button needs an icon and we should remove these and others that are extraneous when replacing the font-awesome icons.
