Synced Content is only available for Centos 7 and not 7.2

Description

When creating the katello content tree and publishing the a view, the Centos 7 OS is created and synced content is available. When building the box, puppet runs and updated the OS to the latest point version, currently 7.2. I cannot just click build on a box if I want to rebuild it because there is not a synced content tree for 7.2. This will also be an issue as new point version come out.

This is an annoying combination of foreman using the OS value for both reporting and provisioning.
