Description

It would be nice to have an opportunity to specify memory-static-max and VCPUs-max params, which differs from current RAM (memory-dynamic-max/min) and amount of VCPU during deploy for new VM.

It is useful if you are going to use dynamic resource allocation feature of Xen and provide more resource to Xen VM with no downtime.
