Deleting a powered on virtual machine hosted on oVirt doesn't work

Hello,
Since oVirt 3.6.X released, foreman can't delete the VM while it's powered on, to replicate:
- Have a machine running on oVirt " that has been provisioned by foreman"
- Go to the host details page
- Click delete
- The machine will be powered off but not deleted " [app] [W] Failed to destroy a compute Cetus (oVirt) instance XXXXXXXXX: Cannot remove VM. VM is running. "
- Check the VM, still exists but foreman managed to turn it off.
- Delete the machine again " while it is powered off " everything works fine and the machine gets deleted
my guess that oVirt might be taking a bit of a longer time to shutdown the VM and foreman doesn't wait long enough ?
