Description

When I'm running environment importing and there's something misconfigured (untrusted ssl cert, url missing /organizations/default) I silently get empty response. Proxy seems to swallow exception somewhere. We need more checks in /usr/share/gems/gems/smart_proxy_chef-0.1.6/lib/smart_proxy_chef_plugin/chef_resource_api.rb #list_action
