[foreman_hooks] Animation during hooks

Description

Would be nice to have animation, during hooks are running.
I have hook, which reconfigures network switches and does some other weird stuff.
It can take up to 10 seconds, so would be nice to not confuse users and see, that something in progress.

For now you can see it only because of page load in browser.

I have this hook:
/usr/share/foreman/config/hooks/host/managed/update/50_switch_update.sh

This hook is running during start/stop build host.
